Gluten Free Colorful Spring Pancakes

Happy Easter Sunday! Today I couldn't think of a better way to start my day other than with an entire plate full of colorful pancakes topped with whipped cream, sanding sugar, colorful fruit, and edible flowers.


Pancakes make one of the best meals for Sunday brunch and you will love these because they are colorful, delicious, decorative and are just so pretty to look at! They're too pretty to eat...

About to enjoy them at my table by the window with a small glass of milk and an extra side of pancake syrup:

To make the pancakes colorful, you will simply want to divide the batter evenly depending on how many colors of pancakes you want to make. For instance, if you want to make 1 pink pancake, you will want to separate 1/4 cup from the rest of the batter to mix pink food coloring into. After they have cooked over the stovetop, layer with fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and bananas and top with pancake syrup, whipped cream, sanding sugar, and edible flowers.
